SCOTT KRAEHNKE

Scott holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Architecture from UW-Milwaukee. By the time he graduated, he had already built a full decade of hands-on architectural experience. He launched his career with a national development firm, diving deep into the construction side through their design-build projects. From custom single-family residences to complex multi-use commercial developments, Scott tackled a broad spectrum of challenges across scale and sophistication.

With more than 25 years in the field, Scott has delivered projects nationwide, with a strong focus in Aspen, Colorado. Beyond architecture, he pursues a range of passions that sharpen his perspective—avid entrepreneur, equally at home designing on screen or building in the workshop with hammer in hand. His fine arts foundation equips him with exceptional visualization skills, enabling clients to see and grasp concepts with clarity and confidence.
